Extra Beds: per bed, per person, per night - $50 USD
Extra airport transfers (single) - $32 USD

a) A deposit payment of 50% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation. An invoice will be send, including the bank details.

b) The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the Christmas/New Year Period.

c) All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges.

d) Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are based on the maximum capacity as noted in the schedule, including children.

e) Continental Breakfast is 300 THB per person per day, Fruit Juice, Coffee/Tea , Croissants, Toast, Jam Butter and Fruit

f) A Thai Cook is provided for 1,000 THB per evening for up to 16 Guests; 16 Guests and above require 2 x Cooks @ 1,000 THB each

g) All rates incudes 10% Service Charge and VAT at prevailing Government rate (currently 7%)

h) The villa is subject to a CASH security deposit of 600 USD  or 20000 THB (or equivalent Cash Security Deposit in Guest's Home Currency)

i) We offer one return airport transfer to our 3 & 4 bedroom villa. 6/7/8/9 bedroom villas on full occupancy, we offer two return airport transfers

j) Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge on request

k) 7/8/9 bedroom villas requires 14 night minimum stay over Xmas/New Year period. All other villas require 10 night minimum for this period can be negotiated.
